Do you ship abroad?

We can ship abroad in some circumstances, but please contact us prior to purchase, if you’re outside of the UK to see if we can arrange this for you. For further guidance, please see our delivery information.

Do you give refunds?

All of the products on our website are honestly described in as much detail as possible. Our items are pre-loved and we will always state any nicks, dents or scratches (or any other damage) in the product information. If you require more information on an item, or require an additional photograph please don’t hesitate to contact us prior to purchase.

We want you to be happy with your purchase – we adore it when you tag us & tell us how happy you are on social media, with pictures of the item in your home or of you wearing it!  If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase then please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item and we will do our best to resolve the problem. We will only refund products in exceptional circumstances.

Can I collect the item?

Collection is possible, especially for larger/heavier items. Collection does however, need to be arranged prior to purchase. Please contact us to do so.

 

What do I do if the item is damaged?

All of the products on our website are honestly described in full detail. Our items are pre-loved and we will always state any nicks, dents or scratches (or any other damage) on the product information. If you believe there is further damage to an item, than described in the product information, please do the following:

Contact us within 48 hours of receipt of the item, with attached photographs of the damage, we will then do our best to resolve the problem.

Do you carry out valuations or offer an appraisal service?

No, this isn’t a service that we provide at present.
