Returns & Refunds


We want you to be happy with your purchase and the service we provide. If for any reason you are not, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of the item and we will do our best to resolve the problem.

Refunds may only be arranged in circumstances where the purchaser has received an item that is damaged or faulty, over and above any nicks, scratches or dents that we have stated in the original listing of our pre-loved item.


You must inform us within 48 hours of receipt of the item and provide us with photographs of the damage to the item, via email to info@pastpastiche.com. We will then contact you with an address to return the item to.

**Please note because of the pre-loved nature of the items we sell, direct exchanges are rarely possible. In some circumstances we may be able to provide a similar item exchange if you wish.



Any returns must follow the conditions below:

  • Returns must be approved by us and we will provide a returns address via email, once we have received your email and photographs of the damage to the item.
  • Any returns must be sent to us within 7 days from our confirmation for item return, which you will receive via email.
  • The item must be returned in the original packaging and the condition in which you received it.
  • Returns must be shipped via a trackable and insured service and will be at your expense. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. In some circumstances we may be able to refund return shipping costs but this will be on a case by case basis.
  • Returns do not guarantee refunds, any refunds given will be at our discretion.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


Processing Refunds

If your refund has been approved, then the following will apply:

  • Any refunds made will be returned to the original payment method. If an item was paid for via credit card, please be aware that refunds can take a little longer depending on your bank or credit issuer.
  • After confirmation of refund via email, we will aim to process the refund within 7 working days and inform you when we have done so.
